Relaxation

A soothing, relaxing treatment using long, gentle strokes specifically designed to induce peace and relaxation throughout the body, but reaching into the inner-being.  

1 hr:  $85    1.5 hrs:  $125    2 hrs:  $150

 

Hot Stones

Hot Basalt stones are able to reach deep into the muscles and help to allow the tissues to soften for a deeper, more gentle approach to healing the body.  

Hot Stone Massage is a truly decadent sensory indulgence that is beyond words & has a calming effect on the client's mind. Tension is melted away with the liquid heat sensation from the warmed stones. 

Add the deep penetrating heat to any therapy session for an additional $25.

Neuromuscular​

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) has emerged as a significant way to assess, treat and prevent soft-tissue injuries and chronic pain. Today, NMT is widely used not only in the treatment rooms of massage therapy, but also in occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, dentistry, chiropractic, osteopathic and physical medicine clinics worldwide.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue therapy releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It’s also called “deep tissue” because it focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Trigger Point

Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.The recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.

 

The results and benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment. Receiving trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.

Prenatal 

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).  In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension -- which aids in better sleep -- and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

You must be in your 3rd trimester to schedule this treatment.

Hand &/or Foot Reflexology

This will not only help relieve hand or foot pain, ankle pain, plantar fasciitis and common forms of arthritis, but can also decrease stress and anxiety in the entire body. In addition, a variety of stretches can be beneficial. With pain and sensitivity in the foot, heel and calf areas, be sure to communicate your pain levels with your massage therapist during your treatment. It is also a good idea to rest after receiving a reflexology session.

$50 per half hour.   Add to any treatment for an additional $30

 

Hot Tub Spa

Steep yourself in a delightfully relaxing, well maintained, outdoor hot tub with powerful jets to target any area of your body.  It will relax you beyond belief and relieve you of muscle tension prior to any session, weather permitting.

15 min:  $15    30 min:  $25
